5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Taxes are already included in the payment amount unless otherwise stated.

We currently accept payment by PayPal and credit card. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping

Orders may be shipped from our European warehouse or international warehouse, depending on stock availability and product location.

• EU warehouse orders: usually 3–7 business days after shipment
• International warehouse orders: usually 7–20 business days after shipment
• Shipping is not free by default
• Free shipping applies on orders over €400

A tracking number will be provided after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, local logistics, customs handling, or carrier conditions.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Shipping address changes may be requested before the order is dispatched. Orders may also be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Returns and Refunds

Refunds may be issued for orders cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for refund under our standard policy.
